Who can order?

Qualified researchers, laboratories and institutions. By ordering you confirm the material is for laboratory research and will not be used in humans or animals.

How is my order shipped?

Orders placed before 2pm MST ship the same business day from Arizona. Standard shipping is $9.95 and free over $200. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

How should material be stored?

Lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature for shipping. For longer storage, keep vials sealed, cool and out of direct light. Storage guidance is general handling information, not a use protocol.

Where is the Certificate of Analysis?

Each lot has one, matched to the lot number printed on the vial. See our quality page for how to read it.

Do you advise on dosing or protocols?

No. We supply research material and documentation. We do not provide guidance on human or veterinary use of any kind.

Can I return an order?

Unopened vials can be returned within 30 days. See shipping and returns.
