Shipping and returns

Plain terms.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $9.95 and free on orders over $200. Orders placed before 2pm MST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

Returns

Unopened vials in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact support before shipping anything back so we can issue a return reference.

What we cannot accept

Opened vials, reconstituted material and anything that has left a controlled storage environment cannot be returned, for contamination reasons.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace or refund.
